For three minutes this morning, all of Sheridan bowed heads and offered prayers for the soldiers, dead and living, of the armies of America and America’s allies. The act was pursuant to Mayor M.B. Camplin’s proclamation for three minutes of prayer at 10 o’clock each morning.

The Sheridan High School Girls’ Canning Club team will leave tomorrow on train No. 42 for Douglas by way of Crawford, Neb. The occasion is the state championship at the Wyoming State Fair.
