With a sugar factor assured for Sheridan, the Commercial Club and Beetgrowers’ association are advertising for farmers to grow the beets.
At the present time, there are between 15 and 20 experienced beet farmers in Sheridan.
Bentley & Welton will conduct a horse sale at the Burlington stockyards here on March 31 and April 1.
S.M. Fuller, the county agriculturist, has leased the home of H.E. Reckard on Sumner Street. Mrs. Fuller will arrive here from Laramie on Thursday.
