Articles of incorporation for the Northern Wyoming Railroad company were filed this afternoon in the secretary of state’s office in Cheyenne.
Terminals named in the articles are Sheridan, Beaver Hills and Big Horn.
A.F. Meyer let a contract today for construction of a one-story brick building on Broadway opposite the Sheridan Commercial company. The building will be occupied by Mr. Meyer’s feed and coal business as soon as it’s completed.
Mr. Jack O’Brien was a dinner guest of Mr. and Mrs. L.E. Jeffers on Sunday.
Mrs. Alf Diefenderfer entertained a number of ladies at her home this afternoon.
