Now here’s Sheridan Media’s look back in time, to 100 years ago, by reporter Pat Blair as published in the Sheridan Enterprise newspaper on June 22, 1915.


The Sheridan Motorcycle Equipment company will host motorcycle races at the race track on July 5. Several races have already been arranged, and several more are being planned.

F.W. Quayle, who is state leader of dry-farm agriculture, is in Sheridan today from Cheyenne. Today he went out on Dutch Creek to locate a tract of land suitable for a permanent experiment farm in Sheridan County. He was accompanied by R.M. Fuller, who is county agricultural adviser, and S.R. Boswell, who has charge of the dry farm work in Sheridan County.
