H.A. Black of Birney narrowly escaped death when his car plunged over a cliff near the top of the Big Horn Mountains yesterday. The accident happened on the Dome Lake Road about 25 miles from Sheridan. He was attempting to turn the car on the narrow road when the clutch failed. He was able to leap to safety, but the car shot down the mountainside about a thousand feet and lodged against a tree.

S.W. Seney has succeeded Harry Wood as manager of the Mosher Candy Company. The change took place yesterday.
