Figures recently compiled show that Sheridan County’s assessed valuation for last year totaled just over $16 million. The total valuation shows a gain of nearly $28,000 over property values in 1913.

W.B. Scouten and W.M. Davis of Dayton are transacting business in Sheridan today.

County commissioners T.B. Brundage and S.B. Gwin went to Clearmont today to inspect a road.

Brick work was started yesterday on the new building being constructed by F.E. Wunderlick on Grinnell avenue.
