A group of eastern capitalists are ready to finance a railroad up the Little Goose valley provided financial support can be secured from the people of Sheridan and Big Horn. The executive committee of Sheridan’s Commercial club met this morning to consider the proposition.
About 25 automobilists and their friends attended the dedication of the White Trail between Sheridan and Buffalo at a picnic yesterday at Kearney. Senator T.C. Diers, chairman of the road logging and marking committee, made a short address during the picnic dinner. The markings, a band of white around either telephone or fence posts at every cross road, makes it very easy for the tourists to follow the White Trail.
