F.A. Bortree of Sheridan is in the state hospital here with his feet and hands badly frozen as the result of becoming lost in the mountains. Mr. Bortree was on a prospecting trip in the region of Bald Mountain and lost his way in a snow storm 10 days ago. He was found late Saturday afternoon by a forest ranger in the Burgess district.

Visitors in Sheridan today include J.J. Cash and M.A. Tisdale, both of Kaycee, and Evelyn Johnson of Buffalo.

C.C. Tarbox bought a new Kissel car from H.C. Tarrant on Saturday.
