Commercial club Secretary M. Steele has received a letter from the manager of the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph company at Helena. The company will construct a line from Billings to Hardin next year, and the line will probably be completed to Sheridan the year after that.
The Women’s Christian Temperance Union will meet Tuesday afternoon with Mrs. Donald Steward on Linden Avenue. Officers will be elected at this time.
Bloom’s store in Sheridan introduces a new proportion in suits for men. The “medio” is for men about 5 feet 6 inches tall, taller than “short” but not so tall as the regular figure of about 5 feet 8 inches.
