In a speech at the Commercial club luncheon in Sheridan last night, Governor Kendrick urged that a gang of convicts be put to work on the Sheridan County roads during the coming summer. He said a good road is needed between Sheridan and Cheyenne, as well as a road from Sheridan to the town of Basin that is as good as the one from here to Buffalo.

The Princess Theater, formerly the Pastime, is under new management, and showing five reels of films today. Admission is 5 and 10 cents.

The Farmers & Consumers Cooperative company is selling cooking apples for 75 cents a box while supplies last.
