Better Babies Week will be observed in Sheridan starting on March 3. The event is under the auspices of the Parent-Teachers’ Association in cooperation with the National Bureau of Education in Washington, and will include lectures on the care of babies, sermons on babyhood and motherhood, and a better baby contest.
The French inspection of horses, which was to be held at the stockyards tomorrow, has been postponed until Monday because the inspectors are unable to reach Sheridan until Sunday.
A ladies’ social will be held by the Eagles at 8:30 tonight at their hall in Sheridan. All members are urged to attend, and bring the ladies for a good social time.
