Malcolm Moncreiffe put his horse over a jump 5 feet 2 inches in height to set a new record for the high jump in Wyoming at the horse show at Sheridan’s fair grounds yesterday. Sheridan’s first horse show was a splendid success in every particular.
Dr. David E. Kendall went to Clearmont this afternoon to inspect the work that has been done on the new Methodist church there.
Harry D. Read left this afternoon for an extended eastern trip, during which he will visit in Washington, Philadelphia and New York. He will be away for a month.
Five candidates have filed for county offices since the beginning of the week.
