C.H. Thatcher, manager of the Sheridan Sugar company, says the Hardin territory will contract between 2,500 and 3,000 acres for growing beets next year, and the Clear creek valley will contract at least 2,500 acres for that purpose.
Miss Minnie Dockerty went to Arvada today. She will remain there indefinitely.
Col. S.H. Hardin of Ranchester returned home this afternoon after a short visit to Sheridan.
The Orpheum theatre is the only ventilated show house in Sheridan. Admission is 6 cents for children, 10 cents for adults.
