Three polo teams played six periods in an exhibition match at the Polo ranch yesterday afternoon. The Polo ranch team made six goals, and the other two teams one goal each. The game was witnessed by nearly 300 people; there were 50 automobiles parked along the west side of the field.

The sisters of the Holy Name school will return tomorrow from their summer vacation at the mother home at Leavenworth, Kansas. School will resume Sept. 5.

G.T. Stahl brought an ear of corn measuring 10 inches to Sheridan yesterday from his dry ranch 10 miles west of Sheridan. The corn was grown by Sam Brockman, the tenant on the place.
