Special street car service has been arranged to handle the people from the mines on Labor Day. The first car will leave Monarch and Acme at 7 o’clock, and the next at 9 o’clock. Cars will leave Dietz 30 minutes later.
Everybody is invited to the North Side chapel tonight for an ice cream social.
Sheridan high school principal J.J. Marshall, in company with his family, is expected to arrive in Sheridan tomorrow to establish a home here before the opening of the school year.
At a special meeting this morning, Sheridan’s city council appointed Dr. T.E. Marshall as the city health officer.
