The Sheridan Trades and Labor Council was host to its friends tonight at one of the most delightful public dances held in Sheridan in many a long year. Festivities were at the Central hall, which was decorated in a wonderfully attractive manner.
Two men have been arrested and given a preliminary hearing on the charge of unlawfully carrying whiskey into the Sheridan county jail for the use of a prisoner there.
Sheridan was visited by a wind storm last night and this morning which at times attained a velocity of 55 miles an hour. The storm maintained, for more than five minutes, a velocity of 16 miles.
