A Look Back in Time: Nov. 5, 1916

Sheridan was visited by one of the most violent wind storms of the autumn today. The wind was followed by a light fall of snow. Total precipitation here was just under an inch.

C.C. Trader and Glen and Jimmie Jester, all of Ranchester, returned from the mountains yesterday morning. They spent several days hunting, and each secured a deer.

Mrs. C.C. Trader and infant son of Ranchester returned from the Sheridan hospital today.

Mr. and Mrs. A.S. McCully of Carroll returned the last of the week from Spotted Horse creek, where they have been gathering the remainder of their cattle.
