A Look Back in Time: Jan. 23, 1917

M. Steele, secretary of Sheridan’s Commercial club, County Clerk J.J. Withrow and County Surveyor E.C. Gwillim will leave tonight for Cheyenne to attend a meeting of the State Good Roads association. The meeting will convene in Cheyenne Thursday for a two-day session.
