The gross receipts of the Sheridan County Electric company for 1916 exceeded $130,000 according to the report the company submitted to the city council today.
Members of the teams that will conduct the farmers institutes in Sheridan county this week have all arrived, although some of them were delayed on account of the blockade of the Union Pacific railroad. County agricultural agent S.M. Fuller has arranged a meeting for the women of Sheridan Saturday afternoon for sewing demonstrations.
Phil Kane was in Sheridan today from his ranch on Big Goose creek. He said that chinook wind was blowing there this morning, and the snow was melting rapidly.
