Mrs. C.B. Godwin of Sheridan received a telegram this morning from her son, Arden Godwin, who has been at the state university since September. He stated he has entered the signal corp of the army in the aviation branch and would immediately enter training at Fort Logan.
Miss Iona Rogers returned to Buffalo today after spending a couple of days in Sheridan. Mrs. J.G. Shields also returned to Buffalo today after spending a day in Sheridan shopping.
The people of Sheridan will have the opportunity to see the “Virginian” presented by the original company here a week from tomorrow night.
