Mate D.L. Walters, naval recruiting officer stationed in Billings, will be in Sheridan all day Saturday to accept naval recruits. Sheridan has already sent 55 men to that branch of the service since recruiting started, and it’s likely that several more will be recruited Saturday.

There will be a dance from 9 until 1 o’clock Saturday in the Monarch Amusement Hall. The hall is at the end of the street call line and offers a large hall and fine floor. Music will be by a five-piece orchestra.
