The original program for Memorial Day had to be somewhat revised on account of the inclement weather, but the day was fittingly celebrated. At 10:15, after patriotic selections by the band at the City Hall, veterans of the G.A.R. and W.R.C. lined up and marched to the Orpheum theater, which was filled to overflowing.

The Dollar Store on North Main street in Sheridan has the finest granulated beet sugar, 9 ½ pounds for $1, or one pound for 10 ½ cents.
