Sheridan’s Golden Rule store has announced it will be closed June 5, Registration Day, from 11 a.m. until 12:30 so employees can see the parade, and from 2:30 p.m. for the rest of the day so employees can attend the ball game in the afternoon for the benefit of the Red Cross.
All ladies who expect to assist in the work room of the Red Cross in the Federal Building are requested to furnish their own scissors and thimbles.
The Sheridan Taxi & Stage Co. announces that the Sheridan-Buffalo Auto Stage leaves Sheridan daily at 8 a.m. from the Sheridan Inn and Western Hotel and leaves Buffalo daily at noon from the Occidental Hotel. The fare each way is $3.
