Sheridan’s Burlington cafe was a scene of a merry dinner party last night, given by the Ladies’ Auxiliary to B.R.T., in honor of Mrs. Mary Connell of Denver. Mrs. Connell is a visiting grand lodge member. The table was pretty with a shining silver, shaded candle light, flowers and the flag.
Mr. John Hogan came in from the ranch today to meet his sister, Mrs. Zimmerman, from Rolling Rock, Minn. They will motor to Birney tomorrow.
Sheridan’s Basket Grocery sold 150 hams in one day today.
