Everything is in readiness for the 37th annual session of the Sheridan city schools, which will start on Sept. 4. The new Linden building is completed and ready for occupancy.

The highest honor yet to be conferred on any man from Sheridan has come to Harry G. Camplin, who has been commissioned first lieutenant in the signal corps. He passed three examinations with high credit and left yesterday for Fort Leavenworth, where he will report for active duty.

Dr. J.P. Bond, assistant state veterinarian, will from this date have his headquarters in Sheridan. He will be located at Sheridan Feed Yards.
