Mr. Francis Bezold, who is building a modern home on the S.B. Williams ranch on Piney, is spending a week at his home in Sheridan.

U.S. Army chaplain Major T. Axton, well known in Sheridan for having occupied one of the chief pulpits of the town for several months, has been sent to Camp Merritt, New Jersey, for duty.

Henry W. Warner, the 26-year-old son of Mr. and Mrs. W.S. Warner, died at the State Hospital in Sheridan this afternoon. He was taken down with appendicitis last Sunday week.

A concert for the benefit of the local Red Cross chapter will be given at the Linden Avenue School on Friday evening.
