Slim Thompson of Story bought an automobile last Sunday and sold it about an hour later for $3 more than he paid for it.

A school entertainment and box supper was given recently at the church in Clearmont. A large crowd attended. Baskets sold well, and the proceeds will be used for a community Christmas tree.

H.L. Snell of Ranchester left for Montana, where he will visit relatives.

Fresh dressed spring chickens are 30 cents at Swan’s Grocery & Market.
