Miss Gladys Carte of Monarch has come to Sheridan for a time to attend Spencer’s Business College.
Mr. C.S. Bolkcom, who has been employed in the local office of the Western Union Telegraph company for several years, has applied for the managership recently held by Mr. G.A. Goforth. Mr. Goforth will sever his connection with the telegraph company to assume his new duties as general manager of the Scales Motor company.
Automobile licenses should be obtained for the year 1918, all registrations having expired on Dec. 31. Application blanks, which have to be mailed to the governor with the necessary fee, may be obtained from the sheriff’s office.
