Closing hours for saloons were fixed at a meeting of the city council this morning. Starting in 10 days, saloons will be open from 7 in the morning until midnight during the week. They will, of course, remain closed all day on Sundays.

Reports say that the roads around Prairie Dog and Badge creeks are in bad shape for motoring. Mr. Munson took eight hours to get from his ranch to the OTO, which is about eight miles away.
