Mr. and Mrs. Fred Miller of Wyola are in Sheridan for a short while.
Mrs. Mabel Wertman entertained at the Sheridan Inn last night at a birthday party in honor of Mr. Meeker. Mr. Meeker turned 39 yesterday. Table decorations composed of patriotic emblems such as flags, Uncle Sams, and such were attractively arranged and flowers interspersed.
Mrs. Goelet Gallatin departed for New York this afternoon. She expects to be there for some time and isn’t sure just when she will return to Sheridan.
Lin Fairbanks of Carroll spent several days in Sheridan last week.
