Jared Warner returned today from a holiday trip to Brewster ranch near Birney, Mont.

Mrs. L.M. Kay and her daughter left today for Denver. From there, they will go to the Pacific coast on a combined business and pleasure trip. They expect to be absent from the city for a month.

J.G. McIlvan came into Sheridan today from his ranch near Ranchester. James Scully and J.A. Waisner are visitors in Sheridan today from Arvada.

The Monarch Coal Mining Company has subscribed $1,000 to the recent Red Cross drive. Mrs. M.F. Peltier of Monarch has subscribed $100. Henry P. Walker of Wolf Creek has subscribed $35.
