The customary address and parade will be given for the 25 draft men who are to leave tomorrow for Logan, Utah. R.E. McNally will give a short patriotic speech at 10:30 a.m. at the courthouse, and the parade will start at 11 o’clock and march to the depot in time for the boys to board No. 42.
According to Roy Marshall, superintendent of Pioneer Park, the tennis courts will be opened within the next two or three days.
No. 42 eastbound was delayed today for eight hours, due to washouts on the Northern Pacific, over which it travels from the northwest. The last few days have caused the snow on the mountains to melt very rapidly, and the streams are breaking over their banks.
