Sheridan was in darkness for many hours last night when the Sheridan County Electric company power plant at Acme failed. The breakdown was reportedly due to faulty equipment, and the light plant has been unable to give any assurances of how continuous the power will be throughout the day.
Labor is very scarce on the farms and ranches, according to County Agent Thomas, who has just returned from a trip over Sheridan County.
