The local board has been instructed to entrain 15 men for Camp Lewis between Sept. 3 and Sept. 6, and five men of limited service to Fort Riley, Kansas, during the same period.
A call for the organization of a company of Home Guards in Sheridan was issued today by L.A. Burdick, who received authority to take such action by Adjutant-General W.K. Weaver of Cheyenne.
The paving on Residence Hill will start within a few days, according to city officials.
Sheridan has two movie actors in the city, Marie Eline of New York City and Irving Dunn of Chicago. Both are with the Thanhouser corporation.
