Two deaths from influenza were reported in Sheridan this morning. One entire Japanese family of three in this city has been wiped out by the influenza, and the three bodies now lie at the Champion & Shannon funeral parlors awaiting arrangements.
Volunteer nurses from the emergency hospital this morning inaugurated the wearing of gauze masks in public. They hope this will become an established custom in Sheridan as long as the epidemic prevails.
Lee Bullington has filed a suit against the Burlington railway company in district court, claiming nearly $1,700 in damages because of delays encountered in the shipment of a lot of cattle last December.
