Rep. Carl Sackett has left the pressing duties in the legislature at Cheyenne to return to Sheridan to welcome the arrival of a fine new son. The boy was born yesterday and weighs seven and a half pounds.

Melting weather during the past two days has again created a skating rink on Linden avenue south of Burkitt street, and on Burkitt street east and west of Linden.

A.R. Davis and Theo Huffman of Parkman are visiting today in Sheridan.

A number of trimmed tree trunks have been placed at the western limit of Smith street to be used in riprapping the bank of Little Goose creek.
