The senate late yesterday afternoon passed the bill authorizing the state to dispose of the state hospitals at Rock Springs, Sheridan and Casper. The vote was 14 for the bill, with one vote against it.
The Sheridan Brewery in all probability will not manufacture beverages containing alcohol even to the one percent permitted by the state prohibition law which becomes effective next July 1.
Having cleaned up around $100,000 from too confiding people in Sheridan county, J. Rheinstrom is under arrest in Seattle, Wash., awaiting extradition by Sheridan county authorities to answer a charge here of swindling.
