City Commissioner Loucks today introduced an ordinance providing for a license upon all establishments retailing tobacco and cigarettes. He also introduced an ordinance prohibiting the sale or gift of tobacco or cigarette papers to persons under 18.
Mrs. A.J. Hewitt has been removed to her home from the state hospital here after recovering from an appendicitis operation.
W.L. Phillips, proprietor of the Exide Service Station, returned today from Denver, where he was attending a convention for Rocky Mountain region distributors. He won a prize of $15 for his record sales in Exide batteries.
