The city council this morning passed an ordinance prohibiting the sale of gift of tobacco in any of its forms to boys under the age of 18 years. The ordinance also prohibits any boy under 18 to have in his possession any tobacco of any form.
Mrs. D.M. Scales and Miss A.M. Scales are in from the country today, to spend a few days visiting.
