More than 150 visitors from 22 towns in surrounding counties joined those attending from Sheridan at the Orpheum theater this afternoon to pledge their support for good roads. A $2.8 million bond issue is to be voted upon April 22.
A ring of bootleggers who have been operating between Sheridan and Montana for several weeks have finally been rounded up through the efforts of Sheriff U.A.C. Thomas and his force of deputies. Some are from Denver and other places.
Charles Emery, 569 West Works street, has purchased a new Model 90 Overland from the Overland Motor company in Sheridan.
