Mr. and Mrs. Dayton Mullen entertained Mr. and Mrs. J.F. Walsner at dinner at the Idlewild yesterday.

Chief of Police W.S. McPherren received a wire to watch for two runaway boys about 18 years of age who left Seneca, Neb., Wednesday on a westbound freight train. The train got in Sheridan in two sections, one about 7 o’clock this morning and the other about 9:30. The chief could find no trace of the boys, however.

C.L. Ballman of the local navy recruiting office returned home today after several days in Denver. He drove a Ford runabout and reported being several times stuck in snow, and his car tipped over near Chugwater.
