The city water department has found it necessary to place more restrictions on the use of water for irrigating and sprinkling. The council plans to amend the old ordinance and put it into effect within a few days.

Mr. and Mrs. F.W. Taylor of Dutch creek are visitors in Sheridan today.

A large number of residents of the mining camps were in Sheridan yesterday afternoon to attend the double funeral services of the two victims of the mine accident at Dietz No. 8.

Organization of the Sheridan Rotary club has been perfected here. There are 34 members. John E. Onken has been selected president.
