Chautauqua speaker Dr. Elmer Lynn Williams of Chicago spoke to about 30 members of the Commercial club at a luncheon in his honor at noon today. His topic was the need for a purification of American politics.
Stock Inspector E.N. Campbell has sold his five-room residence at 117 N. Scott street to the Farmers’ and Consumers’ Co-operative company. The company will build a warehouse on the premises.
Two members of the faculty of the University of Minnesota are in Sheridan to initiate a geological survey of the Big Horn mountains. Their work will take until about Sept. 15.
