The hunt for a Sheridan man who’s charged with criminal assault of a 13-year-old Big Horn girl ended early this morning when Mrs. Goelet Gallatin saw the man crossing a field in the vicinity of the Polo ranch and drew down on him with a rifle.

The Sheridan Enterprise today inaugurated the first carrier system ever installed by a newspaper in Edgemont, South Dakota.

The new autumn silks, a yard wide and in charming new shades, are on sale for $1.98 a yard at Reed’s.

Mr. Toothacre and family have moved into Sheridan from Wolfe, where Mr. Toothacre was engaged as cook at the Eaton Brothers’ resort. He is now employed at the Burlington Cafe.
