A crop of beet seed which exceeds the average yield throughout the world by 400 pounds to the acre is being harvested by the Sheridan Sugar company on the Adams ranch. Fourteen hundred pounds per acre will be harvested from 50 acres.

Joe Motyka journeyed from Monarch to Dayton by auto today.

Mr. and Mrs. D.L. Gogerty entertained at an informal dinner party tonight in honor of Mrs. Gogerty’s grandparents, Mr. and Mrs.
William Doyle of Fairberry, Neb.

Mr. and Mrs. H.C. Edwards at 845 Sumner street announce the arrival of a baby daughter, born Friday.
