The Salvation Army drive opened today, and everywhere the teams met with success, indicating a splendid interest on the part of the public in the efforts of the Salvation Army here.

A.F. Meyer was seriously injured when his automobile overturned on the Tongue River road a short distance from Acme at 10 o’clock last night. The accident was due to the failure of the lights while the car was rounding a curve above a high bank.
