Wyoming is to have a state fair price commissioner. Governor Carey announced today that he has named Theodore C. Diers of Sheridan to the position. Mr. Diers, who is a democrat and former state senator, was federal food administrator for Wyoming during the war.

Mr. and Mrs. A.G. Morgan are in Sheridan today from their ranch.

Mrs. L. Ferguson from Arvada is registered at the Western hotel.

Arrangements are progressing very satisfactorily for the dance to be given at the Sheridan Inn Monday night for the benefit of the Salvation Army.

Mrs. R.G. Diefenderfer entertained informally last night in honor of Mrs. Fay Stone of Greybull, who is visiting in Sheridan.
