Rosa-Maye Kendrick, daughter of Senator and Mrs. John B. Kendrick, has chosen the name “Sundance” for the new steel steamship that she has been designated to christen at the Hog Island Shipyards on Oct. 25.

The county clerk issued a marriage license today to Sammie Frederick, age 34, and Edna Tate, aged 21, both of Sheridan.
The Sheridan Manufacturing Company has started building a brick warehouse to replace one which was recently destroyed by fire.
