Condemnation proceedings will probably start today in a special session of the city council against the frame buildings on three lots on North Main street where the recent fire occurred. Mayor M. B. Camplin said the council as a whole feels the buildings constitute a fire menace to the remainder of the business district. Homer Elarth has purchased the interests of E. G. Guyer in the City Bakery and assumed ownership of the business at 44 South Main street. Mr. and Mrs. Ed Martin of Sheridan have taken an apartment with the Harold Hutchinsons at 2101 Pioneer avenue in Cheyenne during the legislative session.
