Sheridan Commission Accepts FEMA Grant Agreement

The Sheridan County Commission, at their regular Tuesday meeting, voted to accept a Grant Award Agreement between the county and the Wyoming Department Of Homeland Security for fiscal year 2021.

County Emergency Management Coordinator Bruce Edwards explained the scope of the agreement.

The grant awards Sheridan County just over $32,000 in pass-through Federal money from the Federal Emergency Management Agency through the state’s Homeland Security Department.

The county must match the funding 50/50 with the federal dollars.
